Ocean Yield AS (“Ocean Yield” or the "Company”) has mandated Arctic Securities, Danske Bank, Nordea and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing 29th February 2024.
A new USD perpetual callable hybrid bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. The proceeds from the potential new issue are to be applied towards general corporate purposes of the group.
