Following the successful USD 35 million hybrid bond tap issue announced Friday 28 February 2025, Ocean Yield AS (“Ocean Yield” or the “Company”) has mandated Arctic Securities and Nordea as Joint Bookrunners to investigate a potential tap issue of the Company’s outstanding senior unsecured bond issue due 19 September 2028 with ISIN NO0013013813.
Net proceeds from the contemplated unsecured bond tap issue shall be applied towards general corporate purposes.
