Delivery of chemical carrier with 12 years charter

Ocean Yield ASA is pleased to announce the delivery of the 45,000 dwt IMO 2 chemical carrier "Navig8 Constellation" built in 2013. The purchase price of the vessel is USD 35 million including a seller's credit of USD 6.0 million. After being delivered today, the vessel commenced a 12 years bareboat charter to Navig8 Ltd. Ocean Yield ASA has now taken delivery of fifteen vessels so far this year.
