On March 9, 2015, Brenner West Capital Master Fund, Ltd., Brenner West Capital Partners, LP and Pleiades Investment Partners-W, L.P. (collectively "the Funds"), under the management of Brenner West Capital Advisors, LLC, sold 545,771 shares in Ocean Yield ASA (the "Company"). As a result of this transaction, the number of shares owned by the Funds passed below the 5% disclosure level. Following the transaction described above, the Funds hold 6,511,759 shares and votes of the Company.
