Reference is made to Ocean Yield ASA's ("OCY" or the "Company") stock exchange notice on 12 May 2014 where OCY announced its intent to purchase up to 350,000 treasury shares in connection with its incentive scheme for employees. OCY has on 11 June purchased 14,000 shares in the Company on Oslo Børs at an average price of NOK 39.7359 per share, which implies a total consideration of NOK 556,303. The purchase of treasury shares was carried out in accordance with an authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 28 April 2014. Following the transaction OCY holds a total of 208,069 treasury shares, constituting approximately 0.16% of the Company's shares and votes.
