Eirik Eide, Chief Financial Officer in Ocean Yield ASA, has transferred 44,700 shares that is owned by Mr. Eide personally to his wholly owned company Kleiver Invest AS. Following this transaction Mr. Eide's direct and indirect shareholding in Ocean Yield ASA remains unchanged with 335,051 shares. The transaction was based on the closing price as of 2 October 2018.
