Busch-Christensen owns, directly or indirectly, 69 529 shares in the Company. * Marius Magelie, Vice President, has (through his wholly owned company MGM Invest AS) acquired 4 714 shares in Ocean Yield ASA. After this transaction, Marius Magelie owns, directly or indirectly, 34 714 shares in the Company. Following the above transactions, Ocean Yield holds a total of 23 070 treasury shares, constituting approximately 0.02% of the Company's shares and votes.
