Reference is made to Ocean Yield ASA's ("OCY" or the "Company") stock exchange notice on 12 May 2014, where certain primary insiders (or their related parties as described below) agreed to acquire shares in OCY, in connection with the incentive scheme for employees. The transactions have now been completed by a sale of shares from the Company's holding of treasury shares. * Lars Solbakken, CEO, has (through his wholly owned company Finmarine AS) acquired 29 911 shares in Ocean Yield ASA. After this transaction, Lars Solbakken owns 600 155 shares in the Company (all shares are owned indirectly through the wholly owned company Finmarine AS). * Eirik Eide, CFO, has (through his wholly owned company Kleiver Invest AS) acquired 76 012 shares in Ocean Yield ASA. After this transaction, Eirik Eide owns, directly or indirectly, 169 072 shares in the Company. * Axel M. Busch-Christensen, VP Investments, has (through his wholly owned company Como Invest AS) acquired 36 008 shares in Ocean Yield ASA. After this transaction, Axel M. Busch-Christensen owns, directly or indirectly, 64 815 shares in the Company. Following the above transactions, Ocean Yield holds a total of 176 069 treasury shares, constituting approximately 0.13% of the Company's shares and votes.
